Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your health data will be permanently erased.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the SheBloom app:

  1. Open the SheBloom app on your device
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll down to Settings
  4. Tap "Delete All Data"
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Retention Period

All data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. SheBloom does not retain any user data after account deletion. There is no recovery period — deletion is instant and permanent.

Health data is stored locally on your device with AES-256 encryption. When you delete your account, both the local encrypted data and any cloud-synced authentication records are permanently erased.

Alternative: Delete Data Only

If you want to erase your health data but keep your account, you can use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings. This removes all tracked health information while preserving your login credentials for future use.
